5. EDUARDO CAMAVINGA – RENNES

We start the list with Rennes’ Eduardo Camavinga. The 18-year-old is tipped to be one of the brightest talents in all of Europe and has shown great signs of maturity at his tender young age. The Frenchman is a tactically versatile midfielder that can play deep as a holding midfielder or even in the centre as a conventional number 8.

Camavinga has it all: he’s fast, an excellent dribbler in tight spaces, a precise passer of the ball and has great composure and maturity on the ball despite being just 18-years-old. His contract with Rennes expires next year in the summer, making him a free agent to sign.

Eduardo Camavinga has been linked with Real Madrid for the past few seasons and his agent Jonathan Barnet has acknowledged the same on many occasions. At the moment, a contract renewal does not seem to be on the cards but Los Blancos would have to fight off interest from Manchester United to sign Camavinga next season.

The Red Devils eye Camavinga as the ideal future replacement to Paul Pogba who has also been linked with a move to Madrid for the past couple of seasons.
