HAZARD AND JOVIC WILL PLAY A LOT MORE OFTEN

Eden Hazard is slowly and steadily getting back to his best version and it is inarguably the most incredible form that everyone has witnessed of the Belgian international over the course of his two years at Real Madrid. Ancelotti also knows that he needs minutes to find his feet back and get the goals and assists which will surely boost his confidence for the remainder of the campaign.

Luka Jovic is also on the same page. His introduction against Sheriff Tiraspol made life difficult for the Moldovans and he set up Karim Benzema’s goal against Espanyol. The Serbian was thwarted of game time under Zinedine Zidane, but Ancelotti has voiced his liking for him and it is only a matter of time before he plays and for the good of his own and the team’s, scores a few goals.

Karim Benzema needs to be rested going forward and Jovic is hands down a better option to play in the final third than Mariano Diaz is. He also brings similar characteristics like Benzema to the table, like hold-up play and creation from deep. That will make life easier when linking up with the wingers and also for Ancelotti who would not have to tinker with his tactics too much.
