HARRY KANE – TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

Harry Kane’s future was the talk of the summer, the 28-year-old English striker was keen on leaving Tottenham Hotspur in search of greener pastures was closely linked with Manchester City. Despite Kane’s clear intentions of leaving Spurs, Daniel Levy decided against selling his best player on the team.

The 28-year-old has started the season on a sluggish note and he recently scored his first Premier League goal of the season against Newcastle United. Kane is far from what he was last season under Jose Mourinho but is still undoubtedly one of the best strikers in world football. He’s certainly at the level to play for Real Madrid but do Los Blancos require the Englishman’s services?

Although Kane is one of the best in the game, Real Madrid do not require his services. The club currently has Karim Benzema who continues to perform and take his game to the next level with every passing day despite his age. Benzema recently signed a contract extension as well.

Then there’s Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland, two goal-scoring phenomenons that Real Madrid are interested in signing next summer. Harry Kane has all the qualities to be a Real Madrid player but at the moment he’s not needed at the Spanish capital.
