COMPLETE FOCUS TOWARDS THE DEVELOPMENT OF VINI JR

Vinicius Jr has exploded into the scene this season under the tutelage of Carlo Ancelotti. The Brazilian was always described as a young talent with immense potential but has now risen to the status of a world-class proclaimed forward.

So far, the former Flamengo forward has played 21 matches across all competitions and has contributed to 19 goals (12 goals and seven assists). His contribution upfront this season has come as a blessing in disguise for Karim Benzema who was overburdened by being the only source of goals for the past three years.

Carlo Ancelotti’s confidence and faith in Vinicius Jr has paid off, and the Italian holds the 21-year-old in high regard as a top-quality world-class forward. Vinicius has shown the potential and quality this season to be Real Madrid’s first-choice winger for the next several years and as long as Ancelotti is at Madrid, Vini will continue starting from the left wing.

"“Vinicius plays on the left and will continue to do so, regardless of who joins the club,” – Carlo Ancelotti."

Eden Hazard’s presence so far since 2019 has not hindered Vinicius’ growth, however, in the possible absence of the Belgian next season, Vinicius Jr could receive more prominence and attention towards developing and improving his game day by day. Let’s now look at the final reasons why selling Eden Hazard next summer would be a wise decision by Real Madrid.
