It is pretty evident and basically a fact that Real Madrid are the most appealing club for football players around the world, especially when it comes to younger talents. This pull is so influential that almost every rising name in the sport desires to represent the club’s crest at least once in his playing career.

Even Real’s academy called La Fabrica is one of the most efficient in bringing up talented youngsters who then go on to establish their name in major European clubs. The fight for youth at Real Madrid is so congested and tightly packed that hardly any of the home-grown teenagers are actually able to establish their name at their parent club itself.

The giants are now monitoring a new young talent for the upcoming transfer window who they think will become a ‘complete midfielder’ for the team in future. This special player has already played with one of Real’s major targets for the next season – Erling Haaland.

According to the words of Spanish media journalist Jose Felix Diaz of MARCA, this player is none other than the 18-year-old English star Jude Bellingham. As one of the most sought-after youngsters in the world, Bellingham has proved his worth not only with Borussia Dortmund but also with the England national team. The fact that he’s still a teenager is absurd.

Real Madrid see Bellingham as a fitting future prospect, which is a great thing

Bellingham completed his move from Birmingham City to Dortmund in 2020, and since then he has taken a big leap forward, becoming a starter straight from his debut for the German club, producing and scoring goals with downright consistency and dynamism.

The management at Real Madrid eye Jude Bellingham not only as one of the many names on the list, but as a special choice who can lead the club in future and become a more complete midfielder. The position of midfield at the club has always seen heavyweight names with elite grandeur in the likes of Zinedine Zidane, Clarence Seedorf, Xabi Alonso, Mesut Ozil and many more.

Since the decorated trio of Modric-Casemiro-Kroos is most certainly observing its concluding days – even though they haven’t really shown any signs of that – it’s time for new blood to step up and fill the void, or at least try to do so. Just the way how this trio played a big part in the success of the Bale-Benzema-Cristiano trident during the three-peat spell, Florentino Perez will be looking for more star-studded names to shine along with Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland at the club to help them win trophies and break records.

Even though Bellingham won’t be the perfect pin to replace either Kroos or Modric, the Englishman displays immense character, temperament and psyche to be involved in a lot of goals on the offensive end, while doing his best to provide the defenders a lot of help on the defensive end.

Not to mention, the companionship of Bellingham and Erling Haaland – who is stepping closer and closer to signing for Real – just might work out for Real and result in a grand jackpot, bagging both the players in one sweep.

Be that as it may, the task to bring Jude to the Santiago Bernabeu is not going to be a cakewalk. It shall not be forgotten that Los Blancos are not the only club fighting for Jude’s services and are probably not even the strongest competitors in the race to sign the prodigy. Yet, as said in the beginning, when Real Madrid comes calling, it is very, very hard to say no.
