5 players Real Madrid cannot afford to lose under any circumstances
Real Madrid have a bunch of other-worldly talents at their disposal at the moment. Not only them, but there are also some players in the squad that are at their prime at the moment, and they can’t let either of the two categories go. The mixture of those two would run the team for years to come, especially with the possible arrival of Kylian Mbappe.
Let’s look at five such players.
Vinicius Junior
I mean, we had to get the obvious one out of the way, right?
Vinicius Junior has been struggling just a little bit since the end of January, but it’s not really his fault. The teams are starting to recognise Real Madrid’s game plan, and if you include the fact that Karim Benzema has either been out due to injury or been struggling since returning, it tells you what you need to know about Vini’s struggles. Well, of course, you need to consider the fact that he’s not been able to rest at all in so long. That definitely takes a toll on everyone, even on young players.
But of course, it doesn’t take anything away from Vinicius Junior. He’s a special player, and is going to be one of the very best players once he reaches his full potential. Hell, he already is one of the best right now.
Vinicius has definitely been the most improved player of the season so far, and it wouldn’t really be fair to him without mentioning how he’s taken up so much responsibility at such a tender age.
There are things to improve on, of course. For example, Vini Jr. still needs to work on being effective on the right-wing, because I feel like that could take his game to a completely different level, considering how unpredictable he would be once he gets there.
Why would Real Madrid let him go? There are already talks about a massive contract extension, and the player wants to spend a lot of years at the club, every single person on Earth should know that Real Madrid won’t listen to a single offer for Vinicius Jr., no matter how much money they’re offered. That’s what they did with PSG in the summer, and that was BEFORE Vincius’ incredible rise to superstardom.
Imagine the havoc Real’s wings would wreak once the club finally gets Kylian Mbappe in their ranks. It’s going to be beautiful.
