Taking the pressure off the shoulders of Karim Benzema and Vinicius Junior

It is no secret right now that there are only two players in the entire Real Madrid squad who bank the majority of the goals for the team. I am in no way saying that it is a bad thing to rely on Karim Benzema and Vinicius Jr. However, it is only so much that these guys can provide.

There is no denying that the duo of Benz and Vini can churn out a plethora of goals when and where they command. But, it would be a great addition if someone else joins them in the goal-scoring duties. Apart from those occasional bangers from Marco Asensio, no other player looks to be having a hunger for goals.

Additionally, we also have to consider the fact that these two cannot always deliver. There have been instances in the past where the inability of Vini and Benzema to find the net let us scramble out draws when we clearly deserved to win those games. And Asensio is much like rain in November. You are glad he shows up, but not always sure that he will actually deliver.

Hence, it makes sense to turn towards much bigger and better names that may bring in those lethal finishes that will lead to goals. We already have the likes of Jovic, Bale, and even Mariano, all of whom have an eye for goal. That is why to have them join in on the scoring sheets whenever they can be really great.

It is important to take some load off of Benzema and Vini because even though it may seem like they do not have limitations, they are humans after all.
