Getting the Real Madrid Castilla players involved

Yet another objective that the management and Ancelotti need to focus on is finding a way to use the Castilla players and their youthful energy to the benefit of the club and this season.

Looking at the minutes every player has played in the Real Madrid squad, it is quite concerning to see Casemiro being fielded out there every single time. The only way he got some rest is when he was suspended or physically unfit. Sure we call him The Tank, but he is, in fact, no machine and deserves some rest to be at his best. And the best way to get him that rest is to use a certain someone called Antonio Blanco. The Castilla midfielder can easily fit in the pivot role of Casemiro and cover for him.

Another position that can use some help from Castilla is the center-backs. Alaba and Militao have undoubtedly been absolute beasts throughout this season. However, you would want them to stay fresh and fit for the last few weeks of the season, a period when titles are decided. Hence, Rafa Marin and Mario Gila can be the players that Carlo may turn to, in order to rest his star defenders.

Additionally, the club also needs to show confidence in these young guns, in order to get them to stay and not leave for opportunities elsewhere. The players from the academy are of very good quality, and they may just make the transfer market useless for the Los Blancos.
