Here’s how long ago Real Madrid actually signed Kylian Mbappe
This Real Madrid-Kylian Mbappe transfer saga has been going on for years now, and it finally seems like it’s entering its final phase.
According to many reports this week, Kylian Mbappe will have signed his Real Madrid contract by the end of next week. Some reported that he already has signed for the club.
Now, a very reliable source, MadridistaReal, via Roman Alvarez, just tweeted out that Real Madrid have definitely signed Kylian Mbappe, and it happened a while ago.
Kylian Mbappe signed his Real Madrid contract on January 30, according to reports
According to Roman Alvarez, Real Madrid signed Mbappe on January 30, and the result between PSG and Real Madrid had nothing to do with Mbappe’s decision for next season as he had already signed his contract a few weeks before that.
It says that Real Madrid signed Mbappe through the player’s lawyer, Delphine Verheyden.
Now, it must not be confused with the news that MARCA broke a few days ago about Mbappe signing a contract next week. Ramon Alvarez says that it’s not a wrong report, as there are many contracts that are signed during an operation like this. So, the report was about a different contract, but was related to the deal regardless.
I can’t say this is a shock, but it definitely feels like it’s time for a sigh of relief. This saga has been going on for so long, and now that top tier, reliable sources are coming out with reports like this, it just leads me to believe that Mbappe may have finally signed with Real Madrid, and it’s only a matter of time before he starts playing for the club.

Of course, the official announcement probably won’t happen until the end of the season, out of respect for Mbappe and for PSG, but yes, according to these sources and reports, the deal is done already.
It’s going to be a very good day when the official announcement finally comes around. I can’t wait.
