One of the most remarkable qualities of Real Madrid is that, despite being a publicly owned traditional club rather than the more common privately held business form of “clubs,” Real is still one of the world’s wealthiest sports organizations in the world. However, as the saying goes, with great power comes great responsibility; a large bank balance necessitates a higher need to manage the cash.

Real Madrid had the highest wage limit in all of LaLiga, closing at almost 740 million euros, demonstrating the Spanish club’s financial prowess in paying out salaries to its players.

The transfer season is quickly approaching, and Florentino Perez is apparently contemplating a blockbuster window comparable to that of 2009, bringing superstars to the Bernabeu who will presumably have high pay demands, which must be met with control and checks on wage expenditures.

For that, the club must ensure some exits, and while the likes of Gareth Bale, Isco, and Marcelo are most likely departing owing to their contracts expiring and no news of a renewal coming up for obvious reasons, there are a few names whose departures may be more difficult to accomplish.

Real Madrid want to part ways with Eden Hazard and two strikers

Per a report from the Spanish media outlet AS, Real Madrid are willing to offload three more players from their accounts, notably Luka Jovic, Mariano Diaz, and Eden Hazard, although it is believed that doing so would be difficult to accomplish.

There may be several grounds against the disappointing condition of the three players, such as Ancelotti’s refusal to rotate, but that is a topic for another time. The fact is that Mariano, Jovic, and Hazard have contributed almost nothing to Real Madrid while being at the club for no less than three years now.

Their bills, on the other hand, amount to a startling 50 million euros, which the club may save if all three are sold in the next months.

However, it is well known that selling these players would be tough, since it would be difficult to find a club prepared to pay transfer fees in addition to their large salary, given their unimpressive game throughout the years.

With all of the desire to sell the aforementioned three, the most that can be anticipated of them, for the time being, is a loan season away from Real, similar to Gareth Bale’s previous season, which might exempt the club from paying at least half, if not the entire figure.
