RW Takefusa Kubo

Takefusa Kubo has one goal and one assist to his name in 1367 minutes in LaLiga, playing for RCD Mallorca, and these are not at all good numbers. Agreed that he isn’t surrounded by the best players, something that he will get at Real Madrid, but he hasn’t proved anything to at least present a strong case for himself. Even if Real Madrid is able to generate a vacant Non-EU spot, I can’t see the club bringing Kubo back next season. He might be loaned out for the fourth season in a row, as the club see him as someone who can become a very important player for the club in the future.

Prediction – Kubo will go out on loan again

RW/LW Brahim Diaz

Brahim is currently on a two-year loan term at AC Milan, and will possibly continue there for another season. Earlier there were rumours of Milan looking to activate the buyout clause in Brahim’s contract, but of late there have been a lot of rumours that Milan is unhappy with Brahim Diaz and won’t meet his 22 million euro price tag.

There also has been a rumour that Real Madrid wants to bring back Brahim a year earlier and sell Asensio to Milan in return, but it hasn’t been cited by any top source. At the moment it’s difficult to predict anything, and there are doubts if Brahim is ready for the Real Madrid first team. Best case, he will return to Real Madrid. Worst case, he will continue at Milan, a club that is unhappy with his performances and is looking to replace him.

Prediction – Brahim will continue at Milan for another season

CF Reinier Jesus

His case is the simplest out of the lot. He hasn’t played at all in the two years he spent on loan at BVB Dortmund, and he needs to be loaned to a club where he will get regular playing time, which is something very important for the Brazilian’s growth. I see him getting loaned to a mid-table LaLiga club or a newly promoted team, where he will get a lot of opportunities.

Reinier Jesus – Reinier will be loaned to a LaLiga club.

RW Sergio Arribas

13 goals and 5 assists in the highly physical Segunda B, where players who are stronger and older than him play against him. This is Sergio Arribas’ record this season. And these records don’t show you the complete picture. He is a highly talented player (here’s a glimpse of his talent), who deserves a chance with the first team. At this age, he should take the next step and a report from GOAL’s Jorge C Picon suggests the same. I want to see him play with the first team, but I think we might see him getting loaned to a LaLiga club.

Prediction – Arribas will get loaned to a LaLiga club

RW Peter Federico

Peter Federico is another highly talented right-winger in Castilla. He is highly creative from the wings and has the ability to beat defenders with ease, but he needs to work on his end product. It’s not a huge issue to worry about, because the Dominican is in his first full season with Castilla. I think he needs to continue there another season for his development, and that will probably be the case.

Prediction – Peter will continue at Castilla for another season
