LW Vinicius Jr.

Although Vinicius Jr. could not score a goal for Real Madrid, he did come close to getting an assist and was unplayable at times with his dribbling. The young left winger completed five dribbles with a pair of key passes, and he was accurate on about 90 percent of his passes. Vini’s consistency on the ball and with his passing improves game-by-game, and he also provides a net positive to Real Madrid defensively. He had two tackles in this one.

Vini Jr. should be at 100 percent sharpness against Liverpool. Like last season, we can expect the 21-year-old to be one of the most captivating and important players on the pitch for the Royal Whites vs. the Reds.

CF Karim Benzema

Really, Karim Benzema should have done better in this game, but the important thing is that he is healthy and ready for the final next week. Karim will be disappointed he did not score, though, and his passing and overall influence on the game were definitely off.

RW Rodrygo Goes

Real Madrid right winger Rodrygo Goes was a constant annoyance to the Real Betis defense, working extremely hard on both ends of the pitch. Accurate with his passing and active in defense, Rodrygo won three tackles and drew four fouls. This was another positive display from the young Brazilian, who is hitting a new level in his career lately. Known for elevating his game in the Champions League, the hero against Chelsea and Manchester City in the second legs will surely be the X-Factor for the Merengue club next Saturday vs. the Reds.
