LW Vinicius Jr.

Season 2 of Vinicus Jr. and his masterclass has begun, and it will only get better from here. The player’s amazing solo goal was classic Joga Bonito as he ducked past the goalkeeper. Apart from the goal, his partnership with the midfielders and Karim Benzema offered a persistent danger to Celta Vigo. The Brazilian is only getting started.

Rating: 7.5

CF Karim Benzema

Sportingly speaking, Benzema put up a quite unimpressive performance. Apart from the penalty, he wasn’t able to provide but was a fantastic leader on the field, offering his penalty to Eden Hazard, who sadly missed it. There’s nothing to worry about; he’ll recover.

Rating: 6.0

RW Federico Valverde

Valverde had another outstanding effort, as has been his standard. He had a 90% accurate passing accuracy and a goal to his name. Given that he accomplished all of this in an unnatural position, I am much more optimistic about his future potential. El Halcon’s usual class game.
