The summer transfer window might end up closing in just a few days but Real Madrid’s business does not seem to be over yet. Bizarrely, it does not look like the club are interested in bringing anyone in despite their clear lack of options in several areas of the pitch. On the other hand, there are multiple players, who could still be on their way out of the Santiago Bernabeu exit door before the deadline strikes.

One such player is Marco Asensio. He seems nowhere near being a starter at this point of time and with just a year left on his current deal, an exit makes sense. The fact that he was not brought on, even when Real Madrid were desperately searching for a goal vs Espanyol, just goes on to show his current situation.

Now, it remains to be seen if Asensio is able to engineer a move away from the club, with just days left in this summer window. It is believed that Real Madrid are looking for a transfer fee in the region of €30 million for the Spaniard. Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that there is a possibility that the winger could leave.

While speaking on his YouTube channel, Fabrizio Romano said that Asensio’s agent is offering him to Premier League clubs.

Asensio is nowhere near a regular in the Real Madrid team at the moment and as a result, a move away probably makes sense for all parties involved at this point.

Clubs like Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle United and others have been linked with a potential move for Asensio over the summer.

Now, it remains to be seen if any of those clubs end up firming their interest and making a move for the Spanish international over the coming days.
