Real Madrid have clear Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe transfer plan

Not too long ago, Real Madrid were being linked with an audacious double move for Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe this summer. But the club were not able to pull off either of those moves unfortunately. The Frenchman ended up staying at Paris Saint-Germain by extending his contract while the Norwegian left Borussia Dortmund and joined Manchester City.

Haaland and Mbappe are arguably the biggest talents of their generation and both of them are having great seasons as well. Thus, it is not hard to understand why they would be linked with Real Madrid.

They might be at their respective clubs right now but sooner or later, rumours about an exit and inevitable links to Real Madrid are bound to crop up. It does not look like Los Blancos are concerned about them though.

As reported by Marca, Real Madrid is going to continue doing its thing. They will not expect anything from Mbappe or Haaland, no matter how many clauses the Norwegian has. If the operation is clear and they can face it, it will be studied, but they are not thinking about it right now.

This might be the best step to take for Real Madrid. This summer, a move for Mbappe was considered as a mere formality by many, but we all know how that transfer saga ended.

Thus, it might be best for Real Madrid to continue doing what they are doing, because it is proving to be a success. And if such mega moves open up in the future, they can assess the situation and then decide.

It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Haaland and Mbappe though, as most people expect them to leave their current clubs in the not too distant future.
