5. Keylor Navas

Keylor Navas makes it to the list seamlessly. Navas was signed after the 2014 World Cup. Often, Real Madrid CF has signed value-for-money players after major global competitions, and Navas has been one of the best bargains signed from Levante UD for a transfer fee around €10 million. His quick succession became resourceful during his second season with the club in 2015. He helped the club with his prolific goalkeeping abilities in winning three Champions League trophies.

The Costa Rican player was a vital part of the team from 2015 to 2018 in getting big wins and forming a squad that always believed in the best of challenges to obtain a fair win. He was a leader on the pitch every time he took the goal kick by directing the players to spread out on the pitch so he could supply the initial build-up and keep an eye on the ball to make the maximum number of saves.

Navas is another player who the fanbase does not mention a lot these days, yet without him, the three-peat would not have been possible. His final days with Real Madrid must have been difficult, but the memories he created here are remarkable and have an incalculable place in the club’s history that will continue to live on forever.

It should be emphasized that these rankings are based on the years these players rose to prominence at Real Madrid, not the year they were signed.
