Real Madrid battle Premier League trio for €150 million star

Real Madrid have been unusually quiet in the transfer market for the past several years now although they have pulled off some big deals here and there. For the most part though, they have concentrated on bringing in big players on free transfers and to be honest, they have done a wonderful job at that.

But things could change next summer as it looks like Real Madrid could be looking to make a splash once again in the transfer market.

And the name that could end up dominating things in that regard is that of Jude Bellingham of Borussia Dortmund, who every big club in Europe seems to have their eye on at this point of time.

The Premier League trio of Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool have been heavily linked with Bellingham for some time now but Real Madrid are in the middle of the race as well. As reported by GIVEMESPORT, journalist Dean Jones said about the situation:

"“Bellingham is the most exciting prospect of next summer and the expectation is that United, Liverpool and Chelsea battle for him – but I heard from a very good source this week that Real Madrid also like him and could yet come into the equation.”"

With the kind of interest in his signature it is very possible that Bellingham will have the pick of his clubs, if he does end up leaving Borussia Dortmund next summer.

It must be pointed out though that the German club do not seem to be ready to let him leave without a fight either and rumours have suggested that they will be looking for a transfer fee in the region of €150 million in order to part ways with Bellingham. It remains to be seen if any of those clubs ends up making such a humongous offer for him.

It also must be pointed out that Bellingham is 19 years of age and already one of the best players in the Bundesliga, who has proven himself at the Champions League level as well. Thus, one should not put a €150 million bid outside of the realms of possibility.
