Real Madrid struck gold when they signed Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo. Both were brought in based on their raw potential and have gone on to develop into first-team stars. Thus, Los Blancos deserve a lot of credit for their scouting and identification of talent. It has been one of the biggest reasons behind their success over the past decade or so, as they have slowly moved away from the ‘Galacticos’ era.

Naturally, the club will be on the lookout for the next big Brazilian talent as well, following the success that Vinicius and Rodrygo have enjoyed. Eder Militao is another key player for Real Madrid but he was signed after a successful time at FC Porto.

A player who is being hyped up as the biggest talent that Brazil have had since Neymar and whose style is earning comparisons to Ronaldo and Romario, is Endrick, the 16-year-old Palmeiras youngster yet to even make his senior debut. Barcelona are rumoured to have made their first move already and held talks with his advisors.

As reported by Marca, in the case of Endrick, Real Madrid have an advantage. He shares an agency with Vinicius and they know that the moves made by other teams, including Barcelona, have gone nowhere.

Endrick has a lot of buzz surrounding him at the moment and some rumours have suggested that there is a £35 million release clause in his contract.

Shelling out that kind of a transfer fee to sign him would come with a huge risk though. We have not seen Endrick play senior football yet and how many players have shined at the youth level over the years but struggled afterwards.

Too many to count! Thus, Real Madrid should only pursue a move for Endrick if they are absolutely certain of his talent or after he has proven his ability at the senior level as well.
