Real Madrid have a very strong squad, even though many might question its depth. They are the defending Spanish and European champions though, and have won all of their games this season till now. But the biggest problem awaiting them is the contract situations of a lot of their players, many of which expire either next year or in 2024.

Thus, Los Blancos have some tough decisions to make, especially surrounding some of their senior stars. They appear to have already extended the deals of three of their brightest young talents though.

The three in question are the Brazilian trio of Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo and Eder Militao. They have gone on to become important parts of the Real Madrid squad.

Vinicius seems to be well placed as the next superstar of Real Madrid, with Karim Benzema set to turn 35 years of age soon. On the other hand, Militao is a starter in the heart of defence right now. And Rodrygo appears to be having a breakout season, and is on the verge of nailing down his spot in the starting XI.

Three Real Madrid stars have signed new contracts already

As reported by AS, Vinicius, Rodrygo and Militao have already renewed. It is unclear why the official announcements have not been made yet. One, that the club is waiting for a better moment, after some adverse result or some crisis, following which the good news would raise the morale of the fans and the team. And another, that Florentino Perez will announce it at the next Assembly of Delegates to be held on October 2.

Whichever may be the case, it is safe to say that the trio extending their stay at Santiago Bernabeu is a major boost for the club.

All three seem to be big part of the club’s future for the next decade to come or so, and hopefully they will continue to improve.
