Two of the biggest clubs in world football, Real Madrid and Manchester United find themselves in very different positions right now. Los Blancos are the defending Spanish and European champions, and have won the Champions League five times over the last nine campaigns. On the other hand, the Red Devils have struggled badly since the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson. They have not even challenged for the Premier League for about a decade.

Yet, both clubs remain two of the most attractive when it comes to players, thanks to their incredible history, financial strength and overall name value.

Thus, it should come as no surprise if they compete with each other for the signature of the biggest players in the world. And one name who appears to be on both the clubs’ radars is that of Brazilian sensation, Endrick.

Real Madrid have been heavily linked with him in recent days, with some rumours even suggesting that they are leading the race to sign him. But as reported by CaughtOffside, they will face competition from Manchester United. As tweeted out by Caio Carrieri, the Red Devils have intensified their observation of Endrick.

Manchester United set to challenge Real Madrid for Endrick

It is incredible how much interest there is in Endrick, considering he just made his first few appearances for Palmeiras at the senior level and only has one goal to his name, although in the process, he became the youngest scorer in the Brazilian club’s history.

Endrick is being hyped as the biggest talent in Brazilian football since Neymar and has already earned comparisons to players like Ronaldo Nazario.

Thus, it is not hard to see why the eyes of Europe are on in him and his name is expected to do the rounds of the rumour mill until he actually ends up making a move. Let’s see if Real Madrid are able to win the race for his signature.
