Jamal Musiala is a special talent. That has been clear for a while. It is hard to believe that he is still just 19 years of age and already a nailed on starter for Bayern Munich, and that should be the case for the Germany national team as well, as the youngster dazzled in the game against Spain. It goes without saying that a lot of Real Madrid fans would not mind seeing him in a royal white jersey someday.

According to stats from Transfermarkt, Musiala has scored 12 goals and provided 10 assists in 22 appearances for Bayern Munich this season.

The World Cup has been a bit of a breakout party for the teenager as well, as the world has taken notice of his undeniable quality, even though Germany have not been at their best and could potentially be knocked out from the group stage itself.

As reported by Mundo Deportivo, Real Madrid are paying attention to Musiala and his is a name that has been written down in red in the Los Blancos’ scouting department.

Real Madrid and Musiala transfer situation explained

It goes without saying that signing someone like Musiala would be considered as a major coup on the part of Real Madrid.

At the same time though, he is already at one of the biggest clubs in the world in Bayern Munich and the Bavarian giants surely would not want to let Musiala leave anytime soon. On top of that, his current deal runs till the summer of 2026.

Thus, all things considered, it might be next to impossible to sign Musiala unless an undeniable transfer bid is launched, which is unlikely to come from Real Madrid, who have moved away from their Galactico policy in recent years.

As a result, a move for Jude Bellingham seems more realistic at this point of time, with the Englishman expected to leave Borussia Dortmund next summer.
