Real Madrid are on the verge of getting a deal for Endrick over the line and everything is believed to be verbally agreed between the two clubs. The Brazilian wonderkid is still just 16 years of age and is expected to make the move to the Spanish capital in the summer of 2024 when he turns 18. It goes without saying that it is a risky move on the part of Los Blancos, as the package is believed to be worth up to a €72 million transfer fee including add-ons and taxes.

That is a significant fee to shell out for any player, especially one who is still just 16 years of age and has only seven senior appearances to his name. But then, considering he has earned comparisons to Ronaldo Nazario already and hyped up as the biggest talent to come out of Brazilian football since Neymar, the risk might very well be worth it.

At the same time, he is not the only teenage striker that Real Madrid have been linked with in recent times. Another name that was believed to have been on their transfer wishlist is Youssoufa Moukoko of Borussia Dortmund.

On the other hand, Chelsea lost out to Real Madrid in the race to sign Endrick, and might have now turned their attention towards the German youngster.

According to The Secret Scout and as reported by Express, Chelsea have opened talks with the representatives of Moukoko about the prospect of signing him in the summer.

Moukoko’s current deal with Borussia Dortmund runs out at the end of this season, meaning that he will be a free agent next summer unless he agrees an extension with the German club.

Moukoko is one of the most highly rated youngsters in the world right now and broke the record for being the youngster German player to feature in a World Cup match this time around.

But at the same time, it is hard to see Real Madrid make a move for him, with the club set to sign someone like Endrick, who is a similar profile of player in terms of age and position. Yet, if he is available on a free transfer, the idea could be tempting.
