Cristiano Ronaldo recently completed a move to Al-Nassr, which is set to make him one of the highest paid athletes on the planet once again. It is an impressive achievement to say the least, considering that the Real Madrid legend is set to turn 38 years of age next month and is in the twilight of his playing career. Of course, the decision to leave European football for the Middle East has drawn the criticism of fans and media alike.

Al-Nassr don’t seem to be content with signing just Ronaldo though and have been linked with several other Real Madrid legends like Sergio Ramos and Luka Modric.

Another Real Madrid hero who appears to have emerged on their radar recently is Keylor Navas, following an injury suffered by David Ospina. But it looks like the goalkeeper might not be looking for a reunion with Ronaldo in Riyadh.

As reported by RMC Sport (via Get French Football News), Navas is currently uninterested in a move to Al-Nassr.

Navas played a big role at Real Madrid as they won three straight Champions League titles under the management of Zinedine Zidane, something that no other club in history had achieved.

It is hard not to feel that Navas often does not get the credit that he deserves for his performances during that legendary run and he was as important as anybody to those triumphs.

He currently finds himself at PSG and there, he has lost his place in the starting XI this season. And unsurprisingly, he is expected to leave the French club in the near future.

When he does end up moving though, it is believed that he wants to continue playing in Europe. Now, let’s see what the future holds for him. Never say never in football.
