Arsenal are Premier League favourites. Nobody could have expected that coming into the season. Mikel Arteta’s side had certainly showed signs of improvement in the previous campaign, but the run that they have been on has been completely unexpected and it is their title to lose now, after sitting five points clear of Manchester City with a game in hand. And could one of their stars end up at Real Madrid one day?

Arsenal have had a lot of great performers this season, as everything seems to have fallen into place for Arteta’s team. But one of the standouts has clearly been Bukayo Saka.

Saka has always been great, but the 21-year-old now seems to be on the verge of superstardom. He scored a stunning goal against Manchester United as well, as Arsenal got an important 3-2 win over the Red Devils.

And Roy Keane believes that Saka is good enough to play for Real Madrid. As reported by the Mirror, the Manchester United legend told Sky Sports:

"“I like everything about him. I think he can go and play for any of the big clubs in Europe and play for them and I’m including Real Madrid in that.“I think he’s that good. I think he’s fantastic. What a talent. I love watching him.”"

On current form, it is hard to argue against that. Saka has been absolutely sensational this season, as have several other of Arsenal’s players for that matter. But the Englishman has just that bit extra about him, the ability to get past a defender or two, while also scoring and assisting consistently.

It is remarkable that he is still just 21 years of age, as Saka has been a key player for Arsenal for a long time.

There is uncertainty around his future at Arsenal though, as it is believed that Saka’s current deal runs till the summer of 2024. Thus, there could possibly be a window of opportunity for Real Madrid to make a move for him in the future, if he is unable to agree a new contract with the London club.
