Real Madrid have struggled for form after the World Cup break. But one player who has been a pleasant surprise is Dani Ceballos, who has unexpectedly stepped up to the plate and become a difference maker in the middle of the park.

Atletico Madrid have made offer to Real Madrid player
As reported by MARCA, Atletico Madrid has transferred an offer to Ceballos to become a Rojiblanco player in the coming seasons. But the midfielder wants to speed up the possibility of continuing at Real Madrid.
A contract extension has not been agreed yet, but considering how well Ceballos has been playing in recent weeks, it would not be a surprise if it is done pretty soon. That is what a lot of rumours have been suggesting as well.
Ceballos turned his Real Madrid career around by coming on as a substitute in the game against Villarreal in the Copa del Rey when Los Blancos were 2-0 down and helping them to a comeback 3-2 win, both scoring and assisting in that match. Since then, he has been a regular starter in Carlo Ancelotti’s side and justified the selection with several great performances.
