Real Madrid need to strengthen in several positions across the pitch. One of them is certainly striker. Karim Benzema is the Ballon d’Or holder and still a magnificent player on his day, but we have seen him struggle with a long list of injuries this season already. That has also meant that his form has been pretty inconsistent lately.
On the other hand, the club do not have any real back up going forward. Mariano Diaz has barely featured and is expected to leave in the summer. On the other hand, Alvaro is not at the stage of his career yet where he can make a difference every week.
So, Real Madrid could do with another striker. They have been linked with the likes of Dusan Vlahovic and Erling Haaland. But it looks like there is another goal machine in their sights.

Kane has been linked with a move away from Tottenham Hotspur for a long time. But it has never materialised.
He has been one of the best strikers on the planet for a long time. Even this season, he has been superb. According to stats from Transfermarkt, Kane has scored 20 goals and provided 2 assists in 27 Premier League appearances till now in the ongoing campaign.
Yet, Kane has never won a trophy. He will be turning 30 years of age in the summer, and as a result, this might be his last chance to get a big move away.
He has been rated at around €100 million. It remains to be seen if Real Madrid would make a move of that magnitude for a 30-year-old or not.
