Real Madrid need to bring in reinforcements going forward. Karim Benzema might be the reigning Ballon d’Or holder but his form and fitness have been very inconsistent this season, as he is 35 years of age now. But the club do not have any genuine back up options at striker. Neither Mariano Diaz nor Alvaro is ready to pick up a heavy load at this point of time.
On the other hand, on the wings, Vinicius Junior has been the only consistent performer. Federico Valverde had started the campaign brilliantly but has faded away. Rodrygo is not a starter yet. Marco Asensio is an option off the bench. And Eden Hazard’s nightmare has continued.
Thus, Real Madrid might need to strengthen their ranks going forward in the summer. And it appears that they have their eyes on some big names.
As reported by Defensa Central (via The Hard Tackle), Real Madrid are looking at a number of forwards, including Mohamed Salah, Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen.
Real Madrid considering move for three superstars
Some questions have been raised about Salah’s future at Liverpool lately as it looks like a cycle is coming to an end at Anfield. Sadio Mane has already left to join Bayern Munich while Roberto Firmino will head out in the summer. Could it be the Egyptian’s turn next?
Kane has been one of the best strikers on the planet for years now. But he has failed to win any silverware during his time at Tottenham Hotspur. The Englishman has been linked with a move away on more than one occasion in the past and with his contract running out in the summer of 2024, a move might be possible soon.
Signing Osimhen will be the most difficult out of the three. He is just 24 years of age and has been absolutely incredible this season, as Napoli are running away with the Serie A title and are one of the favourites to win the Champions League.
