Real Madrid will need to bring in some reinforcements for the future very soon. They have been linked with a number of big names over the years ranging in positions all over the pitch. But it seems one of their main priorities has to be going forward.

Benzema is now 35 years of age and has dealt with several injury setbacks this season. Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo seem to be the right choice to be the wingers for the future but they need someone to support them as the number 9.

There are several players who could join Real Madrid, but there is one name that has been mentioned time and again. And it is none other than Kylian Mbappe.

As reported by AS, Mbappe has apparently informed his entourage that he aims to move to Real Madrid in the summer of 2024. It appears that his mind is made up.

Mbappe has made Real Madrid transfer decision

The 2018 World Cup winner has always been linked with a move to Real Madrid. It is pretty much an open secret that he grew up idolising Cristiano Ronaldo and is a fan of Los Blancos.

Despite the bitter taste left in the mouths of a lot of fans due to his sudden contract extension with PSG last season, it looks like Mbappe still wants to pull on the Royal White jersey someday and is looking to finally make the jump next year.

If Real Madrid can finally get the Mbappe deal over the line, none the less on a free transfer, it has potential to shape the club’s future for years to come and be a transfer masterstroke. While his contract will no doubt be significant, his stats speak for themselves and on his day, the Frenchman is arguably the best player in the world.
