Real Madrid have been linked with a long list of players in recent times as it is quite clear that the club are in need of reinforcements in the summer. There is a lack of depth all across the pitch and Carlo Ancelotti has had to play people out of position on numerous occasions. As reported by SPORT, according to reports from Germany, Olmo basically wants to return to Barcelona, but he is not reluctant to switch to England. Manchester United have been linked with the Spaniard as well.

Olmo is not enjoying a great campaign this time around but neither are RB Leipzig. The Spaniard has had his injury problems as well. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has scored 4 goals and provided 6 assists in 24 appearances this season.

Olmo’s versatility could be huge for a club like Real Madrid, who are lacking in depth. The Spaniard can play as an attacking midfielder and on both wings with equal ease.
