This upcoming summer transfer window could be a very interesting one for Real Madrid. On one hand, it is pretty clear that they do not have much depth and need to bring in some reinforcements as soon as possible. But on the other hand, that has not stopped them from performing at the highest level. They are in the Champions League semi-finals, against Manchester City, as well as the Copa del Rey final, against Osasuna.
Thus, Real Madrid must find the right balance in the summer. They need to make additions in the summer. But at the same time, they cannot make so many changes that it shakes up the squad.
One player that they have been linked with in recent times is Samuel Chukwueze. And it is not hard to see why, as the Villarreal youngster is having the best season of his career and seems to be on the verge of a big move. Real Madrid are not the only club keeping an eye out on him though.
As reported by Defensa Central (via The Hard Tackle), Chukwueze is on the radar of a number of clubs this summer. This includes Arsenal and Real Madrid. Liverpool will compete with them for the signature of the Nigerian international.

Chukwueze plays as a right winger for Villarreal. He has been very highly rated for a long time, and finally seems to have put everything together.
Chukwueze is having a brilliant campaign this time around. His recent performance against Real Madrid, away at Santiago Bernabeu, grabbed a lot of attention as well. The defenders could not handle him on that day.
The 23-year-old is believed to have a €100 release clause in his contract. But his current deal runs out in the summer of 2024. Thus, he could available for a bargain transfer fee soon.
