Real Madrid need to bring in reinforcements all across the pitch in the summer. At the same time though, it has been a while since Los Blancos splashed out in the transfer market. Thus, it is very possible that the club could try to make smart moves instead of signing the flashiest names in the game.
One player who could be a superb signing for most clubs in Europe right now is Paulo Dybala. The Argentine has been superb since joining AS Roma in the summer and was part of the World Cup-winning team as well.
There is believed to be a clause in his deal with AS Roma for clubs outside of Italy set at around €12 million. For a player of Dybala’s quality, that kind of figure would be a bargain and a half.
Of course, plenty of clubs seem to be in the race for the Argentine. As reported by Fichajes, Manchester United, FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid have all shown interest in signing Dybala.
Manchester United want to sign €12 million Real Madrid target
Many had raised an eyebrow when Dybala joined AS Roma in the summer, after leaving Juventus. It has proven to be the right move though, and revitalised his career. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has scored 16 goals and provided 8 assists in 34 appearances in the ongoing campaign.
Dybala is someone who has the experience of performing at the top level for both club and country. Yet, at the same time, he is 29 years of age and very much in the middle of his prime.
Thus, it is not hard to see why Real Madrid might be interested in signing Dybala, especially when he might be available for a €12 million transfer fee. Now, it remains to be seen if Los Blancos end up making a move and what the future holds for the Argentine World Cup winner this summer.
