€50 million Manchester United target wanted by Real Madrid
Real Madrid are in need of reinforcements. They might be in a decent position and still in the running for a Champions League and Copa del Rey double, but it is quite clear that they do not have the depth or options required to compete at the top level throughout the course of the season. To be very honest, things have worked out much better than one would have expected but that will not be the case every time.
Thus, it remains to be seen what kind of signings Real Madrid make in the summer. We already know that Fran Garcia will be arriving to strengthen their options at left-back.
Also, it looks like they have their eyes on one of Manchester United’s targets as well. It is none other than Moussa Diaby, who has been one of the best in the Bundesliga for the past few years.
As reported by Fichajes, Real Madrid has been closely following Diaby. Bayer Leverkusen will not let their young star leave easily though. Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have also shown interest in the Frenchman.

There might not be the hype around Diaby now that was there last season, but he continues to perform at a high level. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he has scored 14 goals and provided 10 assists in 42 appearances in this campaign till now.
His contract with Bayer Leverkusen runs till the summer of 2025 and he is believed to be rated at a transfer fee around €50 million. Someone like the Frenchman would definitely strengthen Real Madrid on the wings.
Now, it remains to be seen if the club will make a move for him or not. Many might view him as a potential luxury signing considering they already have players like Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Fede Valverde, Marco Asensio and more.
