Real Madrid have been linked with Cherki for a long time, going back to when Zinedine Zidane was still the manager of the club. And now, the time might finally be right to make a move for him, as he has already played a decent amount of football at the senior level for Lyon.

There is no doubt that Cherki is a supreme talent. And signing him would be a major coup for Real Madrid. Unsurprisingly though, they are not the only club looking to sign the French youngster.
