PSG and Real Madrid have been interlinked with each other over the past few years. Of course, the Kylian Mbappe saga continues to go on and it looks like Los Blancos could ultimately come out on top. The Frenchman has already made it clear that he will not be extending his contract with the Ligue 1 champions beyond the summer of 2024.

There have been suggestions that Real Madrid could make a move for Mbappe this summer, in order to replace Karim Benzema. Or, they could wait until next year and try to sign him as a free agent.

On the other hand, it looks like PSG are interested in signing one of the players that Real Madrid have been heavily linked with lately. It is none other hand Harry Kane.

As reported by Le Parisien (via AS), PSG wants to sign Kane. He is one of the targets of Nasser Al Khelaifi, who heads the negotiations and could intensify them once their new manager has been appointed.

Kane is one of the best strikers in the world right now and would be perfect to replace someone like Benzema. In fact, one could argue that he would improve Real Madrid.

But, Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be looking for a transfer fee around €100 million for Kane. That would be a steep figure to shell out for a striker who is set to turn 30 years of age soon and has only a year left on his contract.

Real Madrid have already pulled off a blockbuster move for Jude Bellingham, which is expected to have taken out a large chunk out of their summer transfer budget. On the other hand, the Mbappe situation makes things interesting as well. Thus, it remains to be seen if they make a move for Kane.
