They have been linked with a number of world-class players in recent times and with the departure of Karim Benzema at the end of last season, there is a major hole that needs to be filled up top. There are many names that fans would love to see don the famous Royal White jersey, however one stands out from the rest.

We are talking about the one and only Kylian Mbappe. This transfer saga seems to be never ending and pops up every summer. However, it could finally be coming to an end very soon.

As reported by Rodrigo Faez via (via Fox Sports), this week there was a new meeting between PSG and Mbappe, where they tried to persuade him to sign a new contract, but the answer was negative. His only objective would be to reach Real Madrid this summer, although it would not be easy at all.

Mbappe left a bitter taste in the mouths of Real Madrid fans last year after his unexpected decision to extend his contract with PSG. However, there aren’t many who would say no to signing the Frenchman if the opportunity presents itself in the summer.

PSG have very few options right now. They will have to transfer him soon, if they do not want to see him leave as a free agent a year later.
