It is not surprising that Real Madrid’s midfielders are in demand this summer. Carlo Ancelotti’s squad has a number of top class players in the middle of the park and some on them might struggle for playing time next season. And one of them seems to drawing attention from Premier League giants such as Arsenal and Liverpool.

It could be tough for Ancelotti to manage game time for the club’s midfielders. They have the experience of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos and, as well as rising youngsters like Eduardo Camavinga, Fede Valverde, Aurelien Tchouameni and the newly signed, Jude Bellingham. Dani Ceballos has extended his stay as well.

One player that seems to have speculation surrounding his future is Tchouameni. The French international lost his status as a regular starter towards the end of the season, and was left on the bench in most of the big games.

This resulted in some questioning his future at Real Madrid. On top of that, clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool have been linked with the Frenchman as well. But he seems to have other plans.

As reported by MARCA, Tchouameni is clear that his future lies with Real Madrid. Despite links with Arsenal and Liverpool, he is concentrating on his club. And there are no doubts between Ancelotti and the board either.

Tchouameni was a regular starter for Real Madrid and playing some great football before the mid-season break for the World Cup. After the club campaign resumed, the French international struggled to rediscover his form though. Combine that with Camavinga’s form and he slipped down the pecking order.

The Frenchman seems to be aware that adapting to a new team and league can be difficult, and appears to welcome the challenge. And with rumours of Ancelotti’s using a 4-4-2 system next season, Tchouameni could immediately regain his starting spot.
