Real Madrid could do with some depth on the wings. They saw both Marco Asensio and Eden Hazard leave at the end of last season. The Spaniard was a key part of Carlo Ancelotti’s plans, even though he was often used as an impact substitute. The Belgian was not playing much, but still, he was an experienced option to have around.

Right now, Vinicius Jr and Rodrygo are the only two recognised wingers at the club. Arda Guler can play there if the situation calls for it.

There have even been some suggestions that Ancelotti could go for a 4-4-2 formation in the upcoming season, instead of 4-3-3, in order to adapt and get the best out of this squad. Even then, it would not hurt Real Madrid to bring in a winger or two in the future.

One player that they have been linked with in the past is Noa Lang of PSV Eindhoven. And the Dutchman seems very open to the prospect of moving to Santiago Bernabeu one day. According to stats from Transfermarkt, he scored 12 goals and provided 8 assists in 40 appearances for Club Brugge last season across all competitions.

€15 million Dutch winger wants to play for Real Madrid one day

As tweeted out by Madrid Xtra, when asked which club he hoped to play for one day, Lang named Real Madrid.

It is only this summer that Lang made the move to PSV Eindhoven from Club Brugge for a transfer fee believed to be around €15 million. Thus, a move to Real Madrid anytime soon does not appear to be on the cards for the Dutch international.

But if Lang is able to impress during his time at PSV Eindhoven, then it is very possible that Los Blancos could try to sign him in the future. For the time being, it looks like Real Madrid could continue with Vinicius and Rodrygo as the two recognised wingers.
