Real Madrid have been continuously linked with a move for Kylian Mbappe for years now. Nothing has materialised yet but hopefully, that will change next summer, when his current deal with PSG runs out. Of course, nothing is certain in this saga and one cannot rule out the possibility of him signing an extension with the Ligue 1 giants.
Mbappe ending up at Real Madrid seems like the most likely conclusion to this long-running saga though. Better late than never.
One player who will surely be arriving at Real Madrid next summer is Endrick. The club have already agreed a €60 million transfer deal with Palmeiras and the Brazilian wonderkid will arrive in the Spanish capital when he is 18 years of age.
If Real Madrid signed Mbappe, they might end up having to compete for the same position. Yet, it looks like Endrick wants the club to bring in the Frenchman.
€60 million player wants Mbappe to join Real Madrid
As reported by 90min, Endrick said in an interview with TNT Sports when asked about the possibility of Real Madrid bringing in Mbappe:
"“It would be wonderful to play with him. I’m a Real Madrid supporter, so the more stars that sign for Madrid, the better. It would be fantastic if he signed.”"
Of course, Endrick has bigger things to worry about at the moment than Mbappe potentially joining Real Madrid. The Brazilian wonderkid is struggling at the moment.
Endrick had made a very bright start to life at the senior level but his form has faded with time. Right now, he has pretty much lost his status as a starter for Palmeiras and is not even brought on as a substitute on many occasions.
That is not what Los Blancos would have been expecting from a player they agreed a €60 million transfer package for and who had earned comparisons with the great Ronaldo Nazario. Endrick is still just 17 years of age though and has plenty of time to find his feet at the senior level. For now, it is important to not put him under too much pressure.
