Real Madrid want to sign 19-year-old Brazilian wonderkid

Real Madrid have found a lot of success in recent years by signing Brazilian wonderkids. Of course, one could argue that Vinicius Jr is now the face of the club following the departure of Karim Benzema. Rodrygo is a regular starter as well. And Los Blancos already have a deal in place for Endrick. The youngster has earned comparisons with Ronaldo Nazario and will be arriving in the Spanish capital next summer.

At the Castilla level, they have Vinicius Tobias. The right-back is on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk but the club are believed to have an option to buy included in the deal.

The Club World Cup holders appear to have their eyes on another Brazilian wonderkid now. As reported by Defensa Central (via The Hard Tackle), Real Madrid are interested in Savinho. Juni Calafat has set his sights on the 19-year-old, who is currently on loan at Girona.

Savinho, also known as Savio, is currently on the books of French Ligue 2 side Troyes. He has been impressing while on loan at Girona, who have been the surprise packages of La Liga this season and sit second in the table at the time of writing.

Savinho has three goal contributions for Girona already this season. The 19-year-old looks ready to play at La Liga level and is proving that right now.

It is not hard to see why Real Madrid would be interested in someone like Savinho. He perfectly fits the profile of players the club have been signing in recent years.

Now, it remains to be seen if they end up making a move for the 19-year-old Brazilian youngster or not. It is still early in the season. Savinho has made a great start. Now, let’s see if he can maintain this form moving forward.
