Months into his run at Real Madrid and already in the discussion for their best signings ever. This is a special talent and if he does not finish his career as one of the greatest ever, it would have to be considered a tragedy.

There is simply no stopping Bellingham right now. He continued his fantastic start to life in the Spanish capital with a solo goal against Napoli, picking up the ball near the halfway line, running the rest of the pitch and finding the corner of the net, while the defence tried in vain to stop him.

Whatever transfer fee Real Madrid paid for Bellingham is starting to look like a bargain. He has come in and become the face of the biggest club in the world after just nine games.

People have been waiting and expecting for Bellingham’s form to take a dip. And it shows no signs of coming.

Bellingham seems to have embraced himself as one of the most important players in this team and is delivering. That is the mentality you see from the very best. That is what you would expect from players like Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema.

It might be way too early to compare Bellingham with legends of that stature, but he certainly seems to have a lot of common traits. Now, it remains to be seen if he can carry on this form, not just this season but year after year.
