Fabrizio Romano gave Real Madrid the fabled Here We Go, as Los Blancos have signed Manchester City star free agent center midfielder and right winger Bernarod Silva to a two year contract at the request of Jose Mourinho, stealing the Portuguese international and fellow Jorge Mendes client from right under the noses of rivals Atletico Madrid and Barcelona.

Silva's surprise signing complete the 25 man squad on paper for Real Madrid, necessitating sales in order to sign. Here are three players ripe for selling.

CM Dani Ceballos

There is no question that Dani Ceballos is the first name that needs to leave Real Madrid, and although he was useful in past Champions League seasons, Ceballos has always been one of the first names on the chopping block. After some awful drama with Alvaro Arbeloa and serious attitude problems, Ceballos showed that he does not deserve to be a Real Madrid player anymore. He is probably the biggest reason why Jose Mourinho wanted Bernardo Silva, replacing Ceballo with a more intelligent player and a more team first character.

CM Eduardo Camavinga

It is unclear how Mourinho feels about Eduardo Camavinga, but, on paper, the Frenchman has a lot of what Mou likes in terms of energy, work rate, and attitude. The thing is, Cama just doesn't have it technically or in his reading of the game. Real Madrid now have three better 8's, including Silva, and while Cama has more in the tank than the Portuguese star, Real already have great athletes. They need great footballers, and Cama's slow development has precluded him from being named as a truly great footballer. It would be a shame to give up on him so soon, but with the need for a conducting midfielder, Real Madrid may not have a choice.

AM Brahim Diaz

Often a right winger by default, Brahim Diaz falls into a similar category as Franco Mastantuono as a player who is not sharp enough to be a real playmaker, like starting No. 10 Arda Guler, nor is he athletic enough to win outside as a true winger. Mastantuono is the priority to take off the squad as a loanee who must develop elsewhere, but with Silva coming in, Brahim is also expendable. Brahim is a better character than Mastantuono and works so hard, but the quality just is not there. Understandably, Brahim does not want to leave Real Madrid, but with Juventus pining for the player, Los Blancos have an easy way to push the Moroccan international out in 2026.
