Real Madrid put in their best performance of the season so far in a 4-1 win over Sevilla on Sunday night. A brace from Kylian Mbappe, sandwiched by goals from Arda Guler and Yan Diomande, sealed the deal for Los Blancos, who continued their winning streak by claiming three points for a third time in a row.

It was easily Real Madrid's most complete performance of the season, as they dominated with and without the ball from start to finish. There was a lot of creativity from the midfield, and the defense was able to shut everything that came their way.

The attackers mostly combined quite well, and although it was a pretty young trident up top, it still worked out well for the club.

4 stars and 1 flop from Real Madrid's brilliant win vs Sevilla

Arda Guler - star

Guler made everything tick. He started in a deeper position alongside Aurelien Tchouameni in midfield, and was able to get on a scoresheet with an absolute screamer from the edge of the box. He dictated the tempo well and launched some slinging through balls that opened up Sevilla completely, resulting in a plethora of chances for Real Madrid. He was a man possessed in that first half, and he probably deserves more than just one assist to his name. Brilliant performance.

Kylian Mbappe - star

A brilliant goal to make it 2-0 before a panenka to triple Real Madrid's lead, Mbappe did things quite well at the Bernabeu. His link-up play with Yan Diomande worked well on the left side, and it looked like a very clean performance from the Frenchman. He did lose the ball in the build-up to Sevilla's goal, though.

Endrick - flop

It feels rude to call Endrick a flop because he did not really have a bad performance - it was more so that everyone else was so much better. Endrick wasn't bad, but he was unable to get on the scoresheet or create a goal for his teammates. Usually, though, Endrick did well, and was also helping out on the defensive end.

Yan Diomande - star

Wow. A breath-taking goal to score his second for Real Madrid, after getting an assist for Guler's screamer. Diomande was electric on the night. He completed dribbles at will, and although his final product was lacking at some points, he was generally brilliant. Something special.

Jude Bellingham - star

An excellent display from Bellingham, who got an assist for Mbappe's solo effort. Bellingham worked hard defensively and had some brilliant through-balls for the attackers to feast on. Did not score, but did everything else.
