A Real Madrid dressing room war of sorts has been reported since Xabi Alonso left his role as manager on Monday (January 12th). There is talk that there was a divide in the squad over Alonso and whether they were on board with his project.
The Athletic's Mario Cortegana reported that Jude Bellingham was among the players who opposed Alonso. He suggested that Bellingham, Vinicius Junior and Federico Valverde were at odds with the Spaniard.
But Bellingham has hit out at those claims and called it "a load of s**t." He posted on his app while posting screenshots of the allegations:
“Until now I’ve let far too many of these slide… always hoping the truth will come out to light in its own time… But honestly, let me say, what a load of s**t."

Bellingham very rarely looked unhappy with Alonso when playing unlike Vinicius who was clearly frustrated while playing under the Spanish coach. Comments made by his former manager back in October only further back up the 22-year-old.
Alonso called it a 'privilege' to coach Bellingham

Bellingham started the season on the sidelines recovering from shoulder surgery but returned in September. He scored his first La Liga goal of the season in a 2-1 win over Barcelona on October 22nd.
The English midfielder was also on target in a 1-0 win over Juventus days before and it was after that game Alonso made clear how pleased he was to have him in his team. He told reporters:
"We're lucky to have Jude on our side. He is one of the most complete players in the world... "He has so many qualities, he's one of the most complete footballers on the planet. It's a privilege to have him on my team."
Bellingham was one of Alonso's most-used players during his brief tenure at Madrid, appearing 29 times across competitions. He scored six goals and provided five assists, but couldn't help keep the Spaniard in the job after a 3-2 loss to Barcelona in the Supercopa de Espana final.
Jude Bellingham's farewell message to Alonso
Bellingham initially looked to be one of a few Madrid players who would refrain from bidding farewell to Alonso on social media. But the English midfielder penned a message to his former boss the day after his departure:
"Thank you, Mister. It was a pleasure, all the very best for the future."

Vinicius has yet to post a tribute to Alonso and isn't expected to do so following a tumultuous relationship between the pair. Both the Brazilian and Bellingham will spend the rest of the season playing under caretaker manager Alvaro Arbeloa, who has already given his thoughts on Vinicius' situation.
