Real Madrid have a lot to think about over the summer.
There are numerous decisions waiting to be made. Who will stay, who will leave, who will sign for the club in the remaining weeks of the tranfer window - all are questions everyone needs answers to.
Real Madrid's new coach Xabi Alonso even said after the game against PSG that there will be "changes". No one knew what he meant, but I guess we are about to find out in the next few weeks.
Alonso has a pretty good idea of what he wants in his squad. He has given minutes to most players in the squad, and is clear on a few things that he wasn't before.
There could be a few departures for Real Madrid this summer
According to a report from MARCA, Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos has not convinced Alonso enough, and that could lead to a departure in the summer.
If you remember, Zinedine Zidane, Real Madrid's manager before Carlo Ancelotti, was not huge on Ceballos, either. In Zidane's first stint, he never really played as he only joined in his last season at the club.
In his second stint, Ceballos was loaned out to Arsenal for two years. I guess that is pretty telling on whether Zidane was huge on him or not.
However, on Alonso, it does come as a bit of a surprise because while Ceballos is not the biggest player Real Madrid have in his position, he does come on and bring some control and ball retention to the midfield off the bench.
It is good to have a squad player like him, but if Alonso is not convinced - and if he also wants a new midfielder, then it might be time for Ceballos to leave.
To be fair to Ceballos, he did have a brilliant season with Real Madrid - at least part of it was great, as he became a huge point of difference in the team to control matches.
The second half of the season was bad, full of inconsistencies and injuries, but it was good to have those few good months of Ceballos at the club.
Whatever happens from now could change everything for Ceballos, as he would look for a starting role if he is to leave the club this time around.
