The future of Bayern Munich right winger Michael Olise is increasingly pointing towards Real Madrid, and even the French media is relaying that the 24 year old has chosen the Royal Whites over the Reds after discussing with Kylian Mbappe and Aurelien Tchouameni while resisting recruiting attempts from Dayot Upamecano.

Olise is one of the best players on the planet and still a Ballon d'Or candidate despite France getting knocked out of the World Cup in the semifinals by Spain. The left footed playmaker was excellent this World Cup, just as he was all season long.

Real Madrid are recruiting Olise hard with president Florentino Perez leading the charge, as he has viewed the young forward as his No. 1 dream target for months since Olise burned his Madrid side in the Champions League quarterfinals. And since then, if anything, Real have only accelerated their interest in the well rounded winger.

Bayern Munich have one big move left

Now, according to Fabrizio Romano, Bayern Munich are continuing to insist that Olise is not for sale. And despite Perez still pushing hard for Olise as his No. 1 dream target and most beloved player, Bayern are planning on making a big concrete move to keep their star winger. Bayern are set to offer Michael Olise a new contract with a big salary increase to keep Real Madrid at bay.

But Fab maintains that it is uncertain how Olise will react, and with meetings scheduled between Olise and Bayern Munich, we will then know 100 percent what the future holds for the player. Because the ball is in his court. Romano emphasizes that if there is even only a 1 percent chance of Olise, Real Madrid will take it and go full court press on Bayern to sign him away. Because it is not just Florentino Perez who dreams of Olise: Romano says that everyone in the building at the Valdebebas views Olise as the perfect signing to finish the squad.

It is easy to see why. The starting right winger, Rodrygo Goes, is coming off an ACL tear, and Real Madrid do not know if they can rely on Endrick on the right wing. Real have been at their best over the last 15 years when they have that elite left footed right winger to round out a full front three, and that is the only position they are missing to help finish the trident with Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe. But if Bayern can get Olise to sign a new contract with massive wages and keep the transfer price sky high, Real Madrid may not have the ammunition to sign him if money is enough.
