Real Madrid fans cannot wait to see Jude Bellingham back in action in a Royal White kit with a fresh new season, a better squad around him, and a much better manager in Jose Mourinho to boldy lead the way for his second stint at the biggest club in the world.

Bellingham had been an afterthought in the eyes of Madrid these last two seasons despite being the club's best player in his first campaign in 2023/24 when he elevated Los Blancos to La Liga and Champions League winners, then nearly carried England to a European Championship for Spain.

This summer at the 2026 World Cup, Bellingham has reminded the whole wide world that he is indeed HIM, all caps, delivering monster class after monster class in any midfield position. His latest feat was a brace at the Azteca, channeling his inner Diego Armando Maradona with two goals in less than 100 seconds that proved vital in the Three Lions surviving an insane game from El Tri in front of their raucous home fans. And not only did Bells finish like Harry Kane and close friend Erling Haaland, but he also saved a sure fire goal in the six yard box and completed more dribbles than anyone else.

Jude Bellingham and Jose Mourinho will have a special connection

Jose Mourinho has already waxed poetic about Jude Bellingham before when he was working as an analyst in between coaching jobs, and Fabrizio Romano reports that the hype about the connection between these two natural born winners and leaders is indeed real.

Fab says that Real Madrid think that Jude will do fantastic things while working with Mourinho, and they are excited about what they feel is a great connection between the pair. And Romano also affirmed that Mourinho himself is a big admirer of Bellingham and that the England No. 10 feels the exact same way about his new manager.

Mourinho is not the Special One for nothing. He became the only coach of an Italian club to win the treble, turned Chelsea into a Premier League dynasty then won the title again years later, brought Real Madrid back from the dead to breaking records over the best Barcelona of all time, won a European title for Roma, and, of course, secured the Champions League for FC Porto.

Bellingham is going to love this guy and will look forward to, as Zlatan Ibrahimovic used to say of Mourinho, turning into a lion under a man who bleeds Madrid White.
