Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has been obsessed with signing Olise from the Bavarian giants since his Madrid got absolutely torched by the Frenchman in the Champions League quarterfinals, and after watching how he and Kylian Mbappe got on, Flo's interest in Olise has only grown by ten fold.
While Mbappe and his Real Madrid defensive midfield teammate Aurelien Tchouameni have been able to successfully convince Olise to want the Santiago Bernabeu more than the Allianz Arena, Olise is not coming this summer. Speaking on his YouTube channel, Romano confirmed that Florentino Perez still 100 percent considers Michael Olise the perfect Galactico and his No. 1 dream transfer, but because Bayern Munich had made it impossible to sign the French forward this summer window, Real are pausing. As everyone knows, he does not want to jeopardize his relationship with Die Roten. But if Olise makes it known he wants to go, Real will be there, and that timeline is more expected to be next year.

A deal is impossible this summer, because Bayern refuse to open the door, and Florentino Pérez respects Bayern and won't make a hostile move. The Olise and Real Madrid transfer saga is clearly not over despite the Yan Diomande signing, which will cost at least 110 million euros. Real Madrid want to keep Vincius Junior and Kylian Mbappe while signing Diomande, and Rodrygo Goes is not going anywhere after his ACL tear. So if Real sign Olise, too, that is a lot of wing talent, but it is nothing less than what Florentino Perez and Jose Mourinho would want other than pure attacking gluttony - and that is not even mentioning the dreams of Erling Haaland, El Vikingo himself.
