A major squad overhaul is expected at Real Madrid this season off the back of embarrassing back-to-back trophyless seasons. Many expect a number of new arrivals to reshape the squad but with arrivals inevitably comes departures, with many expecting a mass exodus at Los Blancos. The club is assessing the future of almost all players to decide who stays and who goes and who they want to sell to, and one giant of Europe has their eyes set on a trio of players who could be close to the exit door.

As being reported by AS, Juventus have set their sights on a trio of Real Madrid players ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window, with the Bianconeri eyeing a triple swoop for Gonzalo Garcia, Brahim Diaz, and David Alaba as the Serie A giants look to rebuild and revamp their squad after a somewhat disappointing season by their standards.

Real Madrid outcasts could be on the move to Serie A

Real Madrid are no strangers to doing business with Juventus with the move for Zinedine Zidane in 2001 and the sale of Cristiano Ronaldo in 2018 being among some of the games most iconic transfers, the two clubs share a good relationship so it's no surprise that Juventus would look to start their squad rebuild with players departing the Bernabeu.

Gonzalo has long been rumored to potentially be leaving the club this summer whether on loan or on a permanent deal with a buy-back option and while Borussia Dortmund has been the club most interested in the striker, the Castilla product could be on the way to Serie A, similar to his former Castilla teammates Nico Paz and Jacobo Ramon. Gonzalo's departure is a bit of a hard pill to swallow. While the youngster has struggled for minutes this season, when he is given minutes he never fails to perform, however with the expected return of Endrick next season, his minutes will only go down, hence why a move away makes sense for the 22-year-old's career.

The came can be said for Brahim. While the Moroccan has impressed when given the chances this season, he's not a regular starter and won't be anytime soon and with the club expecting new arrivals in the attack, the two players will have to be sacrificed in order to make room for new players.

As for David Alaba, after a dream start in the 21/22 season arriving on a free transfer from Bayern Munich, injuries and father time have caught up to the Austrian and with his massive wages, and him being injured more than he's healthy, the club has decided not to renew his deal, allowing him to leave as a free agent, a deal that would make sense for a Juventus team looking to add a mix of youth as well as veteran experience.
