On paper, Real Madrid has one of, if not the best, attacking line in all of Europe. The trio of Vinicius Jr, Kylian Mbappe and Rodrygo are a formidable unit to face. All of them usually end up on the stat sheet in some form every match, making it hard for teams to deal with.
However, outside of the trio, Real Madrid has even more attacking depth on the bench at Carlo Ancelotti's disposal. Players like Arda Guler, Endrick, and Brahim Diaz are all quality players who unfortunately see limited minutes behind the main attacking players.
With this lack of regular starting opportunities becoming more evident game by game, some top European clubs have begun to test the waters over potential transfers for some of Real Madrid's held-back stars.
And according to recent reports, one of the top Premier League clubs has made a particular Real Madrid attacker their priority summer signing.
Liverpool chasing Real Madrid attacker as "priority" summer signing
As reported by TeamTalk, Liverpool has made Brahim Diaz a "priority" signing this summer with manager Arne Slot dreaming of adding the Moroccan attacker to his ranks.
Brahim returned to Real Madrid in the summer of 2023 after spending three seasons on loan at AC Milan after Los Blancos sent him to the Italian side to develop as a player and that is exactly what he did. The Moroccan returned to Real Madrid as a completely different player than the one signed in 2019.
However, he still struggles to get regular minutes as a starter which has caused teams to test the waters over a potential transfer.
Liverpool have been interested in the winger for some time now with manager Arne Slot now prioritizing a transfer for the winger who can play right wing as well as in central midfield. It remains unclear what price Brahim would garner from Real Madrid. The Moroccan has been valued as high as €60 million, with his contract running until 2027.
