Real Madrid had the opporunity to extend their lead at the top of the table at the weekend but they didn't manage to, through no fault of their own. Jude Bellingham's late goal was ruled out, which he was understandably furious about given the controversy of poor timing.

23-year-old to turn down interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona
According to a report from Mundo Deportivo, the father of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has insisted that the 23-year-old will stay at Napoli this summer, despite interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona. This is despite claims from the player's agent that he would like a move to either La Liga side.
Ultimately, though, the decision will come down to the player. It goes without saying that Real Madrid is the dream destination for any European player. However, depending on Kvaratskhelia's perception, he may feel like spending another season with Napoli is the best for his development, since he is still young.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is a versatile forward who could play anywhere across the front-three. As Real Madrid decipher their best lineup with Kylian Mbappe, it is probably wise for the Georgia international to spend at least another half-season at Napoli, where he is guaranteed game-time. This season in Serie A, he has made 25 league appearances, scoring nine times and assisting five.
Do you think Real Madrid or Barcelona will sign Khvicha Kvaratskhelia?
